First World War and Photographic Collection

After a long documentary research, Fr. Jean-Michel de Tarragon, OP published an article in Palestine Studies, Jerusalem Quartery, about religious situation in Holy Land during the Fisrt World War. Thanks to only some photographies coming from other monasteries (Convent Saint-Anne above all), he explains this part of History, in spite of the lack of archives due to political situation.

Fr. Jean-Michel de Tarragon is working for the famous Photographic collection of the École biblique.
